Clients reviews about Storage Works

Variety – the Children’s Charity recently worked with Storage Works to store bikes for our Bikes for Kids program, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Michael, our key contact, was incredibly generous, flexible, and patient – nothing was ever a problem. The entire team was an absolute delight to deal with, always friendly and willing to help. The site itself is easy to access, well organised, and we always felt confident that our precious bikes were safe and easy to get to when needed. Thanks to the generosity and support of Storage Works, many kids across NSW are now happily speeding around on their brand-new bikes. This program simply wouldn’t have been possible without them. We are so grateful! ~ Lara K

Affordable storage. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was stressed moving one weekend and realised my refrigerator wasn’t going to fit in my new apartment - I called up a few strorage places on a Saturday afternoon at around 4pm and pretty much every place I called was rude and angry that I wanted to rent storage so late in afternoon on a Saturday. Walked into this place and they found a spot for me in no time and we’re extremely helpful. More than that, they’re so much cheaper compared to other storage options in the area. Can definitely recommend. ~ Michelle G

We have had an outstanding experience working with the staff of Storage Works Artarmon. Over the years We have rented three storage units, progressively increasing in size to our current unit. We have complex transactions with customers picking up and returning equipment, efficiently and politely facilitated by Storage Works staff if we are absent at the time. The entire facility is kept immaculately clean with excellent security including 24/7 CCTV. The staff go above and beyond in servicing their customers. Many thanks to Storage Works. ~ David C

I have had a great experience here, the price is more reasonable than anywhere else and I only need to give 1 weeks notice to move out. Staff are friendly and you can purchase pre loved boxes for your move I would definitely recommend and if I need to store again I would not hesitate to contact these guys first ~ shania a

Highly recommend this storage house! It’s clean and access is easy (No weird driveways or narrow entrance) Most of all, the staff are always helpful and friendly. They try to understand your moving situation and would do their best to assist. Plenty of trolley to use and lifts are huge. ~ Michel L

This company and the people at this location are AMAZING. I had the misfortune of being in the US when the Australian border closed to due to Covid-19, and because of this I had to arrange, from overseas, to have my apartment packed up and stored. From the beginning of this process, the Storage works team were incredibly helpful, putting me in touch with a person who could go to my home and pack, and then storing my belongings for several months while I waited to find out if I would be able to come home or if I needed to have my belongings shipped to the US. When it finally came to get things shipped, the team again stepped up and went through all of my things and packed the specific items I asked for, even going so far as to recommend a shipping company and prepare my suitcase for transport across the world with the proper paperwork, etc. Every time I asked for help, they went out of their way to help, going far beyond what would normally be expected. They were efficient, knowledgable, reliable, and kind. And as far as I can tell, their storage rates are very reasonable compared to other facilities in the area. I really would have had a very difficult time getting my belongings back if it had not been for Michael and the wonderful Storage Works team. Thank you again for putting up with all of my questions and requests, and all of your hard work! ~ Anonymous
