We have had an outstanding experience working with the staff of Storage Works Artarmon. Over the years We have rented three storage units, progressively increasing in size to our current unit. We have complex transactions with customers picking up and returning equipment, efficiently and politely facilitated by Storage Works staff if we are absent at the time. The entire facility is kept immaculately clean with excellent security including 24/7 CCTV. The staff go above and beyond in servicing their customers. Many thanks to Storage Works. ~ David C
Affordable storage. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was stressed moving one weekend and realised my refrigerator wasn’t going to fit in my new apartment - I called up a few strorage places on a Saturday afternoon at around 4pm and pretty much every place I called was rude and angry that I wanted to rent storage so late in afternoon on a Saturday. Walked into this place and they found a spot for me in no time and we’re extremely helpful. More than that, they’re so much cheaper compared to other storage options in the area. Can definitely recommend. ~ Michelle G
I have had a great experience here, the price is more reasonable than anywhere else and I only need to give 1 weeks notice to move out. Staff are friendly and you can purchase pre loved boxes for your move I would definitely recommend and if I need to store again I would not hesitate to contact these guys first ~ shania a
